Nadine Nairne
I have been working at Rangitikei Active Gym since 2017. I am the facility manager as well as fitness coach within the gym.
I was born and raised in Marton, and extremely passionate about the community. I volunteer with our local fire brigade, so you may find me missing from the office at a drop of a hat. Don't be alarmed, I'll be back as soon as possible.
I constantly look for ways to encourage and enable people to simply move more! It really is amazing to discover the rewards of a little bit of exercise, inside or outside of the gym space.
My approach is all about making small changes to your current exercise, nutrition, and lifestyle habits, that result in big, sustainable lifestyle that is in-line with your goals.
My favorite training styles include weightlifting, and HIIT, however, I am finding mountain biking at the reservoir to be pretty addictive!
I am always striving to learn more, that is the exciting thing about the fitness industry, it is always evolving!

- Hormones and gut health,
- Womens coaching specialist,
- Menopause coaching.

Exercise and Weightlifting program
New to the gym and don't know where to start? Rangitikei Active can provide you with, and take you though, a basic program. Included in the program is a demonstration on how to use the equipment, correct posture, starting weight, repetition and set amounts. Program tailored to all activity levels and abilities.
Program cost $60
Personal training: 30mins $30 one-on-one or $25pp for two. 1hour $60 one-on-one or $50pp for two.
